Gluten free dishes are marked GF. But if you do not see “GF Available” next to the dish, we cannot make it gluten free. While we are careful when handling GF orders, keep in mind we are NOT a gluten free facility.

MEET THE OWNER
Some of you may know this, but Russell was my dog that I loved more than the life itself. He passed away in 2019 and I thought changing the name of the restaurant from Eat Healthy Kauai to Russell’s was a great way to honor his loving soul. By serving all plant-based food, I am saving his animal buddies one plate at at time. R.I.P Russell, I love you forever.

Come visit us on the Beast Side of Kauai in Kapaa/Wailua with plenty of parking and an outdoor seating area. We are now serving Food Truck Style dining. Place your order and make a payment before grabbing a table. Once your food is ready, the kitchen staff will call out your order number and you can grab your food from the window.
***Just like other small businesses on the island, we are often short staffed. Please be kind to people that are working and doing their part to keep Kauai alive. ***
